Terms & Conditions
All orders are F.C.A. our facilities. We can ship using the carrier of your choice freight-collect on your account number or freight prepaid, adding the charges to your invoice. If you do not select a carrier, we will select one for you. All express and/or special shipping arrangements must be specified at the time an order is placed. Orders may be subject to additional duties, customs, or carrier delivery fees.
Shipping dates are approximate and are based on the prompt receipt of all necessary information. We are not liable for delivery delays due to causes beyond our reasonable control.
Freight & courier companies charge the shipper additional fees for discrepancies created by incorrect account numbers, wrong ship-to addresses and other errors. If it is determined that customer error or omission was the cause of such a discrepancy, the customer will be responsible for all related charges and will be invoiced.
Same-day shipping on in-stock items is available on request for phone orders placed before 4 pm Eastern/1 pm Pacific. Otherwise, our in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours.
Kostklip is not responsible for goods damaged in transit.
Small orders must be prepaid or paid by credit card unless Net-30 credit terms have already been established.
Responsibility to Inspect/Acceptance
You have ten (10) business days from the date of receipt of product to inspect the product and associated services for defects or nonconformance that are not due to damage, shortage or errors in shipping. You must inform kostklip, in writing, of rejection of the product and the reason for rejection within ten (10) business days or the product and associated services will be deemed to have irrevocably accepted.
Kostklip wants you to be satisfied with your order. If you determine that our product does not meet your needs, please contact Customer Service. No returns are accepted without prior approval of kostklip. Non-custom, undamaged, unused catalogue product may be returned within 30 days of shipment when accompanied with a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form & RMA number. These can be obtained from our Customer Service department. The RMA number must be noted on all paperwork and packaging. A 25% restocking charge will apply to returns. All returns must be freight prepaid by the customer. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and no credit will be issued.
Kostklip does not accept returns on custom or non-catalog products or products that have been damaged, used or altered by the customer.
Catalog & Price List Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure accuracy in our printed materials but it is possible that errors may occur. Kostklip is not liable for errors, omissions or misprints in the catalog or its associated price list in printed or web-based forms.
