Job Summary

Kostklip® Manufacturing is hiring for its Full-Time, Permanent Conversion Lead Operator position.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities shall include but not be limited to:

• Set up and operation of the various machine centres in the department
• Performing quality control checks
• Overseeing the execution of the production schedule
• Provide training for operators
• Assist the shift supervisor and stand in on their absence
• Perform basic equipment maintenance
• Packaging or assembling products according to specifications
• Reliably sign in and out on our production data entry system
• Maintaining a clean, safe work area

 Expectations

You are:

• Self-starter with a positive attitude that takes pride in producing a quality product
• Possess good math skills
• Have good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
• Detail oriented, organised with excellent personal skills
• Team player and cooperative approach
• Able to work different shifts if needed
• Physically fit with the ability to lift 30lbs repeatedly

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Several years working in an industrial / manufacturing environment
• At least one year supervisory experience
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, work independently and collaboratively
• Desire to learn new skills and take part in our in-house training

Starting Wage: $18.50+
