All orders are shipped F.O.B. our facilities.  We can ship using the carrier of your choice freight collect on your account number, or freight prepaid adding the charges to your invoice amount.

If you do not select a carrier, we will select for you.  We ship using the most effective method possible, including courier and parcel post.  We check rates to ensure our customers pay the least while receiving their products as quickly as possible.  All express and/or shipping arrangements must be specified at the time the order is placed.

Shipping dates are approximate and are based on the prompt receipt of all necessary information.  We are not liable for delivery delays due to causes beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping companies charge discrepancies in account numbers, ship-to addresses, etc. back to the shipper.  If it is determined that such a discrepancy was due to a customer error, the customer will be responsible for all related charges.
